When inquiries are e-mailed to us, we store the question and the e-mail address information so that we can respond electronically. Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not identify publicly who sends questions or comments to our web site.

When you subscribe to an NDAR Listserv, you may be sending us personal information (e.g., name, address, e-mail address) subject to an official Freedom of Information Act request. Unless otherwise required by statute, NDAR does not publicly identify those who subscribe to our Listservs.
If you send us any other information:
With the goal of providing better service to our users, some of our sites may include questionnaires, feedback forms, or other means to determine a visitor's interests. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you chose to provide such information to us. Regardless of the information being transmitted to NDAR, we will protect all such information consistent with applicable law.
